SUMMARY:Traditional Garden: Mingling with Moringa
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Tuesday\, October 14 at 5:30 p.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Traditional Garden\, 1822 W Pierson St – Phoenix! \nIn this workshop we will explore the nutritional and healing benefits of Moringa and the traditional uses of this tree\, often referred to as “The Miracle Tree” or “The Drumstick Tree. We will learn how to process Moringa into multiple different forms by using both the seeds and leaves of this tree. All of the Moringa used in our workshop will be harvested from the Traditional Community Garden. Each attendee will leave with either a Moringa tea blend or powder we process in the workshop. \nThe first 5 registrants for this workshop will receive the book “Moringa\, The Drumstick Tree” written by Roby Jose Ciju. \nOpen to everyone.
