DESCRIPTION:NATIVE HEALTH’s Traditional Garden Program is hosting the first workshop of our garden cooking series\, “Roots to Recipes: Three Sisters Stew” on Wednesday\, November 19 at 5:30 p.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Central\, Building C! \nIn this workshop\, we will learn about the traditions\, stories\, and growing practices of the Three Sisters: corn\, beans\, and squash. Then\, we will cook the stew together and sit down to eat as a group.  \nThe first 15 people to register and attend this workshop will receive a copy of “Seed to Plate\, Soil to Sky” by Lois Ellen Frank\, a cookbook using Native ingredients.  \nOpen to All.
