DESCRIPTION:NATIVE HEALTH’s Wellness Warriors Program presents: Summer Cool Down Series on Thursday\, May 7\, and Friday\, May 15\, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Central! Come make refreshing drinks such as homemade Gatorade\, watermelon smoothies and snacks like frozen blueberries and honey dew with tajin. We will learn about the importance of staying hydrated\, signs and symptoms of dehydration\, and more. \nAttend both workshops and take home a FREE infusion water bottle! We will also have 3 raffle prizes each workshop. \nFor Native American families with children ages 7-14. Join us in celebrating Women’s Health Month by learning how to practice mindfulness in the kitchen and nutritional benefits of the salad. There will also be a photo booth and raffle prizes including medicine bundles and art supply set. \nFREE Workshop. Open to Indigenous Youth and their families\, ages 11 to 24.
