DESCRIPTION:NATIVE HEALTH’s Indigenous Wellness Program is hosting What Can I Eat? (WCIE)\, a nutrition education program for adults\, at NHW Community Health Center. This program will teach people how to eat in a way to keep their blood sugar healthy and is led by Gabrielle Begay and Sharmayne Hardy. We will cover topics such as learning to eat healthy\, making balanced food choices to support nutrition and blood sugar management\, and engage in hands-on activities with light physical movement. \nOpen to Native American adults and families 16+. Participants will receive a gift each session. \n📅 Tuesdays\, May 5\, 12\, 19\, 26\, and June 10.
