In our first class\, Yoseph El of Planted Alchemist will teach us the ways to plant these medicines and how to care for them as they grow. Each attendee will receive these seeds to plant at home. \nIn our second class\, Elicia Goodsoldier will teach us about the cultural relevance\, uses and bundling process of sage. Each attendee will receive a sage smudge stick to burn at home. \nIn our final class\, Yoseph El will teach us about the cultural relevance\, uses and offer a demonstration on the braiding of sweetgrass.
