American Indian/Alaska Native children\, ages 9-12 years old can attend at no cost. \nNATIVE HEALTH is entering its 23rd year offering American Indian/Alaska youth tools to reduce the risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. In addition to offering a fun outdoor camping experience\, the Indigenous Wellness Camp also provides education on the importance of nutrition\, physical activity\, self-esteem\, diabetes prevention\, and traditional activities.
