This or That? Food Demo Series

Join us Thursday, January 23 at 5:30 p.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Central for the first session in our “This or That?” food demo series! This food demo series will explore the effects of fast food to a person’s body and pocket. At each class we will explore popular favorite fast-food meals, observe their ingredients and nutritional information and serve you a nutritious affordable meal as an alternative to those popular fast-food meals.

Schedule:

Thursday, January 23 –  Tepary Bean Burgers with Fries
Tepary Beans and spices container will be given to participants who register and attend this class

Thursday, February 06 – Chicken Stir-Fry Bowl
First 10 participants that register and sign into class will receive a produce bag

Thursday, February 13 – Chicken and Vegetable Gyro
Raffle drawing for those who register and attend class

Thursday, February 20 – Three Sisters Tacos
Raffle drawing and special gift to those who attended entire series. *One gift per household.
