• Emergency Dental Walk-ins – Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.

Behavioral Health Services:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m. 

Behavioral Health Intakes are by appointment and a walk-in basis. Bring required documents and copies of court orders. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early for your intake appointment to complete necessary paperwork. All AHCCCS plans are accepted. NATIVE HEALTH is an AHCCCS Complete Care provider. Community Health and Wellness Services:

• Health Start – New mother’s program for pregnant women or with children up to age two. For more information call (602) 279-5262, ext. 13010.
• Home Visiting Program – For pregnant families or families with children through age five. For more information call (602) 279-5262, ext. 13010.
• NATIVE HEALTH WIC – Hours: Tuesdays: 7 a.m.–4 pm. (Walk-in Tuesdays 1-4 p.m.). Thursdays: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. For more information or to make an appointment call 1-(800)-470-5930.

Pharmacy Services:

• Prescription services (can dispense new prescriptions, refills, transfers)
• 340B program participation (affordable medication access, if qualified)
• Generic and formulary counseling – Helping patients choose cost-effective options
• Medication education and counseling (One-on-one guidance on safe use of medicines with the pharmacist, separate private room to help support)
• Language and translation services
