NATIVE HEALTH at Walupe Health Center

NATIVE HEALTH will be providing primary medical services at the new Walupe Health Center, 6725 South Priest Drive, in Guadalupe, AZ. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. This is a partnership with the Pascua Yaqui Tribe.

If you have a medical or mental health emergency, please hang up and dial 911. For mental health emergencies, you can also call the Mental Health Crisis Line at (480) 784-1500.

If you are experiencing a medical issue that cannot wait until our regular business hours, please call our answering service at (602) 787-3354. You will be directed to an on-call physician.

Si usted tiene una emergencia médica que no puede esperar hasta que nuestras oficinas esten abiertas al público, por favor llame a nuestro servicio de contestador at (602) 787-3354. Usted será dirijido al medico/proveedor de turno.

  • Well Women, Men and Children’s Exams
  • Pediatrics
  • Immunizations and flu shots
  • Same day appointments available
  • Walk-in and appointments.
  • Chronic Care Management
  • Application assistance for AHCCCS, SNAP, TANF, Kids’ Care, and Health Insurance Marketplace
  • AHCCCS,  private insurance, and all members of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe accepted
