The Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer Program (Summer-EBT/SUN Bucks) is a program under Arizona Department of Education that provides benefits to low-income families with school-aged children who lose access to free or reduced-price school meals when schools are closed for the summer.

If your child does not automatically receive benefits, and you would like to apply, please fill out and mail completed form to the address below. Your application must be received by August 3, 2026.
