Kick off the year with Home Visiting’s January Group Connection: Kindness Begins with Me on Wednesday, January 21 from 3:00–5:00 p.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Mesa (777 W. Southern Avenue, Conference Room B). For families with children ages birth to 5.

January 21st is Helping Hands Day! Join us for a special day of learning, connection, and giving back. Families will explore healthy eating habits, learn about NATIVE HEALTH food assistance resources, and discover the cultural significance of Native American Stirring Sticks and traditional food preparation. Together, families will work as a team to assemble sack lunches and birthday kits for members of our community.

We will also enjoy a reading of Saturday at the Food Pantry by Diane O’Neill, a meaningful story that encourages empathy, generosity, and caring for one another.

We look forward to welcoming you and your little helpers for a meaningful afternoon of learning, culture, and service!
