Drive Thru Flu Shot at NATIVE HEALTH Mesa

No-cost flu shots available now at NATIVE HEALTH Central, NHW Community Health Center, NATIVE HEALTH Mesa and at NATIVE HEALTH at Walupe Health Center, (after Monday, October 13). Walk-in flu shots are also available at each NATIVE HEALTH clinic during business hours.
High-dose flu shots available for ages 65+ (while supplies last). Please bring your insurance card or Tribal ID/CIB if you have one. Clients will fill out forms upon arrival.
Don’t want to leave your car? NATIVE HEALTH is hosting Drive-Thru Flu Shots with Blue Corn Mush* for ages 3 years and older.
- Saturday, October 4, 8 a.m.-10 a.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Mesa, 777 West Southern Avenue in Mesa.
- Saturday, October 18, 8 a.m.-10 a.m. at NHW Community Health Center, 8800 North 22nd Avenue in Phoenix. *Pan dulce and agua fresca will be served at NHW Community Health Center.
- Friday, October 24, 8 a.m.-10 a.m. at NATIVE HEALH Central, 4041 North Central Avenue Parking Log in Phoenix.
