Drive Thru Flu Shot at NATIVE HEALTH Central

NATIVE HEALTH is hosting a no-cost flu shot Drive-Thru Flu Shots for ages 3 years and older on Saturday, October 25, 8 a.m.-10 a.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Central, 4041 North Central Avenue parking lot in Phoenix. Blue Corn Mush and Navajo Hopi Tea will be served.

High-dose flu shots available for ages 65+ (while supplies last). Please bring your insurance card or Tribal ID/CIB if you have one. Clients will fill out forms upon arrival. Walk-in flu shots are also available at each NATIVE HEALTH clinic during business hours.
