Drive Thru Flu Shot at NHW Community Health Center

NATIVE HEALTH is hosting a no-cost drive-thru flu shots for ages 3 years and older on Saturday, October 18, 8 a.m.-10 a.m. at NHW Community Health Center, 8800 North 22nd Avenue in Phoenix. High-dose flu shots available for ages 65+ (while supplies last). Pan dulce and agua fresca will be served. Please bring your insurance card or Tribal ID/CIB if you have one. Clients will fill out forms upon arrival.
