NATIVE HEALTH’s Health Start Program presents Shop Smart, Eat Smart on Tuesday, March 24, 11 am – 12:30 pm at NATIVE HEALTH Mesa, Conference Room B. Learn about eating healthy for the whole family! Activities include mini grocery planning, reading nutrition labels, and learning about creating healthy eating habits. For pregnant families or families with children ages 2 and under.
Registered participants will receive a reusable grocery bag, chip clips, and a cookbook!
