Home Visiting Group Connections – 04-16-2025

NATIVE HEALTH’s Home Visiting Program is hosting April’s Group Connection- “My Beautiful Planet” on Wednesday, April 16 at 10 am. at Steele Indian School Park, for families with children ages birth to 5.
Activities include: Paper bag kite activity, storytime, fruit cones snack, presentation of the four elements of mother earth, and stretch with me to relieve stress, in honor of Stress Awareness Month!
