Join us at NATIVE HEALTH for Indigkids Resort: A Spa Experience for Kids on Wednesday, April 23 and April 30 to destress and focus on self-care activities!
On April 23, join us to make your own blue corn lips scrubs and oatmeal face masks. Learn about how to calm anxious or nervous feelings and prepare for peace.
On April 30, join us in the evening to paint fingernails and create your own slime! Learn about how stress can affect our bodies, and how to self-soothe.
