Enjoy a relaxing evening of painting with Esther Nystrum! Join us Friday, April 25, 2025 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm at NATIVE HEALTH Central – 2nd floor conference. This is a guided painting session practicing mindfulness and self-care.
Navajo Tea and blue corn cupcakes will be provided! All supplies will be provided for painting.
