NATIVE HEALTH needs models for an upcoming photoshoot on Friday, June 19, 2026 at NATIVE HEALTH Central, 4041 N Central Avenue, Building C – Phoenix. These photos will be used for various marketing materials such as website thumbnails, flyers, etc. Chosen models will be compensated. To be considered, fill out the form below.
Requirements:
- Must be able to arrive early to the photoshoot on Friday, June 19, 2026. The photoshoot will be from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Participants must arrive no later than 9:55 a.m.
- Must stay for the duration of the photoshoot. You will receive your gift card at the end.
Application Submission Extended Deadline: Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Submit as early as possible- models will be chosen on a rolling basis.
