At NATIVE HEALTH, we provide a full range of holistic, patient-centered, culturally sensitive health and wellness care, including primary, pediatrics, prenatal, women’s health, diabetes and chronic care management.

If you do not have an emergency, but have a medical concern that you believe cannot wait until our regular clinic hours, please call for advice. Dial your regular clinic number (below), and your call will be forwarded to our answering service. The answering service will notify the on-call medical provider of your question or concern and you will receive a response from the provider:

Free Backpack for Kids

Any child under 18 who comes in for a back-to-school physical, camp physical, AIA sports physical, or well-child exam at any NATIVE HEALTH location, with any medical provider, will receive a FREE backpack filled with school supplies.

Free Narcan available at NATIVE HEALTH

NATIVE HEALTH has free Narcan (Naloxone) in the lobbies at NATIVE HEALTH Central, NATIVE HEALTH Mesa, and NHW Community Health Center. Just stop by and get a box.

Primary Medical Services

NATIVE HEALTH physicians provide annual adult physical evaluations for men and women, as well as periodic check-ups focused on the prevention and treatment of adult diseases, including sexually transmitted disease and contraceptive care.

Chiropractic Services

Available at our Central Avenue and NATIVE HEALTH Mesa locations.

Pediatric Services

Pediatric well child visits with a physician ensure that your child is growing appropriately. Office visits can include physical measurements, patient history, sensory screenings, behavioral assessments, and planned services such as immunizations, screenings, and other tests.

Prenatal Services

NATIVE HEALTH works to provide comprehensive prenatal care. Our team is ready to help you learn what you can do to have a healthy pregnancy and delivery.

Women’s Health

NATIVE HEALTH provides thorough well woman exams, including clinical breast exams, a pelvic exam with a pap smear, education, contraception counseling, mammogram referrals, sexually transmitted disease education, testing and prevention, and bone density referrals. Lab screenings provided as needed.

Integrated Behavioral Health

Integrated Behavioral Health consultants work closely with the NATIVE HEALTH Primary Care providers within the medical setting.

A Medical and Dental Home is a team approach to providing total health care. Your Medical and Dental Home team will include your health care provider, others who support you such as your medical assistant/nurse, dental care provider, behavioral health specialist, and most importantly, you.
